• Meta/Facebook Page data (Pages you manage, posts, and engagement metrics) as authorized via Meta API.
• Account information such as your email address and name.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, specifically to:

• Automate marketing campaigns on your connected social media pages.
• Analyze Shopify store performance to calculate the Traction, Impact, and Resonance (T.I.R) metrics.
• Generate AI-driven marketing strategies customized for your store.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy or with your consent. We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., OpenAI/Groq for text generation).

4. Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook Platform rules, we provide an endpoint for Data Deletion. If you wish to delete your data or disconnect your Meta/Shopify account from Startud Marketing, please contact us at support@startudmarketing.com or use the "Disconnect" button in your dashboard. We will process the deletion of your personal data within 48 hours.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All API tokens are encrypted.
