By accessing and using the Startud Marketing SaaS ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Startud Marketing is an orchestration platform that connects with Shopify and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs to automate marketing campaigns, synchronize products, and calculate traction metrics.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API keys. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Our Service interacts directly with third-party platforms (Shopify, Meta). By connecting these accounts, you grant us permission to read, write, and modify data (including creating products, updating metafields, and publishing posts) on your behalf as configured in the SaaS.
Startud Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
